Just a note about some of the Palms being sold on Pricetronic with included software, if they say they are including Medical Software it is either A) Pirated or B) nothing more than what you could down load for free over the Internet.  If the software is pirated and they are caught the owners of the software have the capability to also come after those who purchased their auctions by going through the offenders sales list – so please do not encourage this activity, it is not fair to the owners of the software and not fair to the honest sellers on Pricetronic.

Repairs
I personally repair ALL Palm problems.  I have repaired literally hundreds and not had a complaint yet.  I guarantee all repair work for a period of 90 days.  If you have questions I will answer them quickly and efficiently.
Warranty
All billed for service and parts are covered for a period of 90 days.  This covers workmanship, reoccurrence of original problem, and replaced part malfunction.  This does not cover physical breakage; damage caused by environmental exposure (i.e. rain, lightning, any spilled substance, etc.), or any user physical modifications. Cost of shipping is not covered and is the customer’s responsibilities, typically $5, please inquire for actual amount.

Shipping/Handling cost will be calculated based on where it is being sent to, viewing my feedback I think you will find it is worth every penny.
