Shipping: The items will be packaged carefully and will weigh around 6 pounds with packing material. If we can, we will combine shipping on multiple items to save cost. We use both UPS and USPS for shipments. All shipments are insured and the cost is automatically added to the shipping charge. We do not ship damaged boxes. If a box arrives damaged and the item broken, email us immediately and a claim will be filed and you will be refunded. The USPS consistently damages or loses items, regardless of our packaging, so please tell us as soon as possible. We cannot resolve a problem unless it is reported to us in a timely fashion. Local pickup can be arranged and is highly recommended for heavier items. Contact us and we can schedule a time to have the item available at our facility.
