Returns
We allow returns within 30 day from the date of purchase.
At Double Dex, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us directly through Pricetronic’s messaging system before filing a returns claim. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received in, and refunds for altered, damaged, or used items may be subject to deductions.
To initiate a return, log in to your Pricetronic account and go to your order. Follow the prompts to submit your return request (incorrect return reasons will be reported to Pricetronic and may delay your refund). Once your return is approved, Pricetronic will generate a prepaid shipping label with your return instructions. You’ll be notified by Pricetronic after we receive your return. Please allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be processed.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please save the damaged box to include with your return (this is required by the carrier). To speed up the process, please send us photos of the following:
